♦加热室框架釆用优质不锈钢，保温釆用多层耐热不锈钢，变形量小，放气量差。真空系统釆用大功率真空机组，抽速快，恢复真 空时间短。配冷阱捕集器，有效保护机组使用寿命。

All the frame is made of stainless steel, the heat preservation is obtained by several stainless plates. We utilize Molybdenum belt or Ni-Cr belt as heating material, it can work at 360° and achieve good temperature uniformity. High power of vacuum pump can provide high degassing speed, shorten the recovery time. The cold trap can protect the pump for a long service life.
